Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist with 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Inside Sales, or Enterprise Solution Sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion skills. Experience in ERP/SAP sales will be considered an added advantage. The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and coordinating with sales and delivery teams to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
  • Promote IT services, enterprise solutions, and digital transformation offerings to prospective clients.
  • Understand client business requirements and position suitable solutions/services.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions with decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain healthy client relationships for long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate with technical and presales teams for proposals and solution presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, and forecasting reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.
  • Ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn/Naukri sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of IT services and enterprise solutions.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
