We are seeking a skilled SAP PM/EAM Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate should have domain exposure to the Oil & Gas industry, along with experience in Fleet Management and Customer Service processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM/EAM solutions to optimize asset maintenance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PM/EAM modules based on business requirements.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure maintenance master data, equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, and work centers.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
• Support work order lifecycle management including notifications, planning, scheduling, execution, and settlement.
• Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Support Fleet Management processes including vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and asset tracking.
• Work closely with business users to streamline Customer Service and maintenance operations.
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance configuration.
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management processes.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas industry business processes.
• Good understanding of Fleet Management processes.
• Knowledge of Customer Service (CS) integration with SAP PM.
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Equipment, Functional Locations, Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Measuring Points.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, and SD.
• Good understanding of SAP master data management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
