We are looking for an experienced SAP Project / Program Manager with strong functional expertise and a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks while driving business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/Public Cloud implementation programs from project initiation to Hypercare and transition to AMS.
• Ensure successful execution of projects using SAP Activate Methodology.
• Prepare and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Monitor project health through governance reviews and executive steering committee meetings, ensuring timely delivery with zero surprises to customers.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource plans, budgets, RAID logs, communication plans, and governance structures.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, weekly project reviews, executive status reporting, and drive milestone-based delivery and billing.
• Ensure clear documentation and sign-off of business requirements and prevent scope creep through disciplined change request management.
• Evaluate business change requests for effort, cost, timeline, and business impact while protecting contractual obligations.
• Own project P&L, track budget consumption and resource utilization, and monitor project profitability and revenue forecasting.
• Control project costs through proactive planning and resource optimization, identifying revenue leakage and implementing corrective actions.
• Plan and allocate SAP Functional and Technical consultants effectively and ensure optimum utilization across projects.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Delivery, HR, and Resource Management teams to avoid resource bottlenecks.
• Maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Register and implement mitigation plans for delivery risks.
• Escalate critical risks to leadership with recommended corrective actions and prevent schedule slippages through early intervention.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP project and program delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or Public Cloud implementations end to end.
• Strong functional expertise across SAP modules with hands-on delivery background.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and delivery governance frameworks.
• Experience owning project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and steering committee experience.
• Expertise in scope, change, risk, and RAID management across complex programs.
• Ability to plan resources, manage utilization, and lead distributed functional and technical teams.
