We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with 0-1 year of experience and a good understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and recruitment concepts. Freshers with relevant SAP knowledge and a strong interest in IT recruitment are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand SAP job requirements and identify relevant technical and functional skill sets.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on SAP skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to understand their skills, experience, and career interests.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in the ATS/database.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support SAP hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable SAP candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Mandatory Skills

• 0-1 year of experience in IT/SAP recruitment; freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.
• Good understanding of SAP modules and terminology, such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, Basis, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Basic understanding of SAP Technical and Functional roles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in SAP recruitment.
