We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CO solutions, with the ability to lead client discussions, drive end-to-end implementations, and deliver scalable finance and controlling solutions. Notice period of immediate to 15 days is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design SAP CO solutions.
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Cost Controlling (PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Material Ledger & Actual Costing.
• Configure cost elements, activity types, cost centers, allocation cycles, assessment/distribution cycles, and settlement rules.
• Drive month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Configure costing variants, costing sheets, overhead calculations, and standard cost estimates.
• Integrate SAP CO with SAP FI, MM, PP, SD, PS, and WM modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployments.
• Provide production support and continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP CO experience with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3–4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO).
• Strong expertise in Product Costing (PC), Product Cost Planning, and Cost Object Controlling.
• Strong expertise in Material Ledger & Actual Costing and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Experience in cost planning, budgeting, allocations, assessments, distribution cycles, and variance analysis.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI, MM, PP, SD, PS, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
• Ability to prepare Functional Specifications (FS), RICEFW objects, and support testing activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
